3.1 Pricing Policy

• Quoted Prices: Prices for services and products will be as quoted on our official website, in formal quotations, or as verbally agreed upon and documented in service agreements.
• Price Changes: Tecnofacts reserves the right to modify or update prices for its services and products at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and an invoice issued, the price for that specific transaction will be fixed.
• Taxes: All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other government levies, which will be added to your invoice as per prevailing regulations.

3.2 Payment Terms & Methods

• Due Date: Payment for services and products is due as specified on your invoice or detailed in your service agreement.
• Accepted Methods: We accept payments via cash, major credit/debit cards, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), and direct bank transfers.
• Late Payments: In the event of late payment, Tecnofacts reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the overdue amount, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.

4. Warranties and Service Level Agreements

• CCTV Installations: All new CCTV installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty on the installation service, ensuring proper functioning under normal use conditions. Product warranties are as per manufacturer terms.

4.2 Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty

• Misuse/Accidents: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, power surges, natural disasters, or tampering.
• Consumables: Printer consumables (e.g., toner cartridges, ink, paper) and wear-and-tear parts for laptops (e.g., battery degradation over time) are generally not covered under standard warranties unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.
• Non-Transferable: Warranties are provided solely to the original customer and are non-transferable.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Conduct

To ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services by Tecnofacts, customers are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of services (e.g., correct addresses for installation, accurate contact details).
• Safe Access: Grant safe, timely, and necessary access to your premises for installation, maintenance, or delivery of equipment for services in Delhi, Aligarh, or other agreed locations.
• Proper Usage: Use all equipment and services provided by Tecnofacts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, our instructions, and for their intended lawful purposes.
• Timely Payments: Ensure all payments for services rendered or products purchased are made promptly by the agreed-upon due dates.
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services, including data privacy laws and local bylaws concerning surveillance.
• Notification of Changes: Promptly inform Tecnofacts of any changes in your contact information, service requirements, or any other circumstances that may affect our ability to deliver services.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tecnofacts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Tecnofacts' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the services in question during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

8. Termination of Services

Both Tecnofacts and the Customer reserve the right to terminate service agreements under the following conditions:

• For Convenience: Either party may terminate monthly or recurring services by providing at least 30 days' written notice to the other party.
• For Cause (Breach): Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon a material breach of these Terms by the other party, provided that written notice of the breach is given and the breaching party fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 15 days).
• Mutual Agreement: Services may be terminated at any time upon the mutual written agreement of both Tecnofacts and the Customer.

Upon termination of any service agreement, you must immediately return any rented equipment (e.g., printers, CCTV devices under rental plans) to Tecnofacts in good working condition. All outstanding fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of our services in Delhi or Aligarh, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
• International Conventions: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to this Agreement.

We encourage amicable resolution of any disputes. Please contact us first to resolve any issues before resorting to formal legal action.

10. Changes to These Terms of Service
